Riders was tight! Shadow was tight. but should of been 4 players and the chars shouldn't been all shadows. that was gay. well the worst one i say was yeah shadow the hedgehog out of all the other ones. and sonic spinball is my favorite pinball game.

You know, I could type up around 4 pages of information on why Sonic Riders is teh suxxorz, but I don't think I will. I'll just give you the main reason, and you can assume the rest.

4. New. Main. Characters.

I think that Shadow was decent but they needed to take out the guns and work on the level design more and bam they have a good game.
Uh, isn't that the whole game?

Missions were oh so cool, or at least, the ones which weren't linear. The Doom is my personal favorite.
Are you kidding? That was the worst stage in the game- nay, the entire series. I ran around in circles there for approximately 45 minutes before giving up, after which, I didn't play the game again for about 5 months.

Man that's pathetic, I rented the game for only five days and got A rank on almost every mission. That games way to easy.

The worst I've played is, of course, Honic Heroes, but what I've heard about next-gen must make SH and incredible game.

EDIT: Ok, I'm getting really tired of people mocking Riders. It was a great arcade style racing game almost as great as the old N64 racing games.

I mean, come on! Every time they make a new regular Sonic game you people are like,"Aw man its teh sam ol'de sauzxaz0rsn!!!!!!!!!11111111one". So Sonic Team comes out with a game of a different style
And you say,"OMVGTHis iSn;'ta sOnic GAme!!!!!!!!!!!11111111111one".

You people are asking for some thing that can't exist.

It's funny, but it actually does. Heroes is flawed, true, but 2K6 outdoes it in pretty much every way possible. Graphics are good, though that's about all that it has up on Heroes. Music's good, too, but Heroes had better.

Oh, and I'm a Shadow hater. Just saying.

What did Barny sell to you to smoke?

EDIT: Erm, how do you destroy the president's exscape craft with out weapons?

I agree with Shu, some guy shouting "Sonic herooooooes!" is not better than the sonic 2006 music.

It is impossible, but the damage given to the plane doesn't reset after death, probably because noone ever bothered to make mission-data-recording checkpoints. Granted, that means you can checkpoint yourself next to a Shadow box spawn and do the following: grab the Shadow rifle and ShootShootShootKillKillKillBan, run out of ammo and
Suicide!
Repeat. Easy A.

2006 has Heroes owned as far as opening theme, but that's just about it.

*Forces BlueZero4 to listen to 14 hours of Team Sonic's team.* Wana say that again?

*Pulls iPod out of pocket*

*Scrolls down*

What, this?
(I'm kidding.)
*Forces Shu to listen to 15 hours of Team Dark's theme*
No, wait.
*Forces Shu to listen to Casino Park*

Honestly, Crush 40 was probably thinkin' Arby's when they wrote the main theme. Other than that, Sonic 2006 was slackin' off as far as music. The opening theme and Sonic's theme just happened to be the same. Shadow's theme was reused (showing exactly what happened, by the way). Silver's song was original. Super song was an instrumental version of the Sonic/Main theme.

Yeah, I bet Sonic Team paid them a lot of money to sing Honic Heroes.

Ok, so Honic Heroes wins, or loses, or something. K, I go bye for today.

I meant the stage music. The vocal songs in both games are absolutely on par, with a good song here and there next to some truly awful ones. Ergo, since the vocal songs are on par, all that's left to compare is the stage music.
