I love the new update!Say , do you have any plans on other supports , such as dark.lua?
 
This update...it's everything I have ever wanted! It's absolutely brilliant and I'm so happy I can finally play through MRCE with Super Sonic again! Fire Sonic is such a delightful addition as well, and it just brings me such utter joy to play as him! I feel like there should be some advantages and disadvantages with Fire Sonic though, which allows the player to choose if they should stick with Super Sonic or go to Fire Sonic (or resort to Hyper Sonic) and I feel like the following would work well:

Fire Hazards and Lava, so long as contact is continued to be made, could very slightly slow Ring Drain, or perhaps give a temporary boost in speed; on the other hand, being underwater should half your oxygen supply since you can move underwater very quickly with the Fire Dash, it'd encourage you to make full use of it.
 
Alright so, i found this bug wich completely breaks the character:
When i start the game with Super Sonic, everything works fine, until i die (for anything, this includes getting crushed); when i respawn, super sonic breaks himself, he has lost invincibility, he dies instantly when touching an enemy even if he has lots of rings (rings also blow up out of him, img 4), sprites will remain on idle regardless of what you do, except for jumping, some jumping sprites get skipped and look broken, rings wont drain, the only way to gain them is by monitors and rings, a theory is that, when this happens, im actually just vannila sonic but with super sprites, wich would explain why the sprites are so broken and why i have no invincibility.
Respawning wont do anything, the only fix for this i found was to gain 50 rings or more, and then transform, wich would fix everything.

Edit: also it causes a lot of lag.

Not only does it appear that you have other mods loaded, but I also have to inquire what version of the game you're playing and on what platform. The behavior you're describing has literally never notably occurred for me or anyone else before, so I can't exactly test or "fix" something that isn't quite broken on my end.

Nevermind, the problem was caused by an addon wich i had loaded before super sonic.
Im sorry for wasting your time.

I'm just kind of crap with modding so I don't know how to figure this out myself. Is there any way to play this mod with a model rather than the sprite? I'd love to use the sprite but for some reason using the 2d sprites in this game gives me a headache
 
hi already beat black hole in srb2, add supper sonic, collect 150 or more than 150 i try to press jump press shift and i cant go into hyper form :,-(
You need the CrossMomentum/XMomentum addon in order to go hyper. XMomentum gives you the ability to turn hyper, the Super Sonic addon simply has support for that mod.

XMom is not required at all for hyper form. Super Sonic comes with his own hyper form that requires 100+ rings and a tap of Custom 1 after jumping (and an indicator that you can transform in the form of rainbow sparkles.) Probly gonna update the overview to reflect this.

I guess i'll have to read overviews more carefully then.
 
and i idk maybe they change the key bind with hyper sonic's thing by pressing custom 1 and i think i'm the only one who dosent know why it dosent work ...

Wait, actually, it doesn't work, i tried loading only the super sonic addon, nothing changed, however, if loading the xmomentum addon, pressing c1 while mid air will make super sonic become hyper. And yes, the rainbow sparkles only appear when i have 100+ rings AND have XMomentum loaded.

I'd like to disagree.
This is without XMom.
... have you beaten Black Hole Zone? You need to in order to unlock Hyper as of v2.
