Don't revive this topic over and over because:

1) It was nothing but simple S_Skin edits. Anyone with half a brain and XWE can do it.
2) Frankly, I'd rather do it to the .plrs directly.
3) The creator appears to never have touched the wiki because:

4) You'll _NEVER_ get this thing re-uploaded no matter how hard you try.

It's not good because of that, it's good altough it has wrong colors.

Well, hardly. To me, it seems it's just a wad that changes the stats and color of Tails and Knuckles, no spritework involved. Doesn't sound too noteworthy, especially to be six pages long.
