What is everyone working on?

Hm.

Halo City- My Halo Reach RP project. First attempt with my team was a mess, rebuilt it by myself. I'd call it more of a hybrid version of the first.
WolfyADX- A pointless SADX mod. It just changes some things in SADX that make it the way I like it.
SOCToggle(on hiatus)- A mod for enabling SOCs without needing to restart the server to unload them. SOCs are enabled or disabled with the console, but I may add some new features to make that even easier.
But wait- There's more! A discontinued project of mine

WolfyServ- Old, old, old. Dates back to 2.0.4's early days. Mainly just had some scripts. At 4.0(I think?) I added in the SOC enabling and disabling feature. Revamped and became SOCToggle later. As of now I have lost my last version.

I can see how that would work, and I can also see how that is a ridiculous idea.

EXE mod?

It might be possible to do this with a .wad file, if you use socs that overwrite each other. The other features would most likely be exe though.

Just this.

I'm making a
1) Adventure/platformer/fighting type game,
2) Researching on Direct Memory Access(DMA) so I can making the Sound Blaster card
make sound on my new OS,
3) An new operating system(VERY slow progress) called VirtuaOS
4) And learning the Irrlitch library to make 3d games next year.

Cool!

I'm currently working on trying to get Ubuntu 10.10 to work on a toaster.

...........Nah, just kidding.
Just practicing 3D game development with Unity.. I plan to make a SRB2-like fangame in full 3D later on.....
I promise it will have slopes. *Brick'd*

Other than that, I'm currently updating my server's not so little WAD, and I'm waiting for an Argentinian friend to come back from vacation so he can grant me the coownership of his dedicated server..... 24/7 servers... Oh... Yeah... And maybe a gaming community too, and...
Okay, too many plans. The last time I had many plans, the result wasn't good..

I'll just keep practicing.

Well I downloaded and tried the free version of Unity...

This is my first game...(It only took me a few hours, and I had to figure out what all of those little buttons did).

Uh oh! It's the RPG!

Anyway, the only thing I'm doing is retexturing and making music.dtas. :x

I need ideas for some Wisp Abilites for my RPG. Keep in mind, it's not 3D, it's like this. (Note those enemies are just Beta Graphics)

I have the Blue Cube and Violet Void abilities done, but I'm wondering what I should do for the Orange Rocket. Currently I just have it make you flee from the battle automatically. I have an idea for the Cyan Wisp (attacks all enemies), the Red Burst (Deals Fire Damage), and Purple Frenzy (darkness damage), but I need more ideas. What could the Yellow Drill/Green Hover do?

What could the Yellow Drill/Green Hover do?

Well, in some RPG's, it's possible to have an attack that sends away an enemy if there are multiple ones attacking you. You don't get experience for that one but it's useful if you're in trouble and too many enemies are facing you. You could use drill to drop one enemy into a hole and out of battle.

And hover could lift an enemy up and immobilize them for 2 or three turns so you xan get a few free attacks in.

I'm not sure if either of these will work for you, since I don't know too much about the kind of RPG you're making, but there's some suggestions at least.

For now, I'm trying to find all mp3 all my old games. 2D Sonic games are included.
Then, for the contest ...
1-P: Death Egg Style
Race: Green Hill Style
CTF: Casino Style
Match: hm ... no idea yet.
Once the contest won, I will back Temporal Line.

Wait a second!

I have no Sonic colors, but I see what the "wisp", aliens or I do not know what.
Well, I preach these ideas :
"Yellow drill": perhaps you could make a kind of super sonic being charged, you see, with the "bright yellow ball" around him.

"Green Hoover": hmm ... maybe bright green balls. I do not know if this "wisp" mastery of nature, but if so, it might think to the side "health" natural.
Excuse my bad english.

Drill attack: same as Dig attack from Pokemon games, easy don't you think?
Hoover attack: Hmm... What about this: Catch and fly the enemy high up and then let him fall.

Sorry to break your mood, but the rules say you can't use any custom thing, including music, in multiplayer stages, because they are all wrapped up in one package...
Stupid rule I know right?
But it does help on loading them on net- games, I guess... (Like anyone besides the OLDC Server even USES them...)

I think the drill would work, but it doesn't work like I thought it would.
So the hover would basically just give them the "parilyzation" state?

I don't think the "dig" attack from Pokemon would work in RPG Maker XP, but I can try.
