I think the best simple feature is the not-IT-see-other-players thing. It's more fun to see the other guy not finding you and also gives a heads-up as to if he's coming for you.

Best big feature is KOTH. It's the most fun gametype, including the officials. *shot by SSN*
Just the huge bouncebackability from a bomb or normal is great.
