I've seen poorly encoded videos that look all skippy.. it could just be that whoever uploaded the video to Youtube fails at life.
 
No, that's poppycock. There's no way that the video's framerate would randomly change half-way through (as compared to a video game, and we know how some video games slow-down). And if that were the case, the people in the background and the sound effects would have to have slowed down too. Trust me, I know a slow-down when I see one.

Anyway, yeah, its the game. If you look at the people in the video, they're moving just fine.

And yes, unlike everyone else was saying in that other topic, this video really IS new. Good footage of Tails in action, a Sonic wannabe racing Sonic (and by wannabe I mean "human with spiky blue hair"), a new snow level with snowboarding, and so on.

If you hear the last song on the movie Sonic To The Rescue it is the song at the end of Sonic 2. :wink:
