I have. It's a fangame that's been in design for way too long. Don't have a website, but you could probably find a link on SFGHQ's fora.

It looks awesome, BTW, but it's not an SRB2 mod, so no, I doubt that's what he meant.

Allright, I can't get SRB2 universe because JTE won't give it to me. :( Second: what's SRB2-GX and DX? Never seen or heard of them.
