That's no better than the Klik 'n Play version in terms of portability, which is the entire point of remaking it.

SRB1 Remake on PSP and DS, that would be fantastic, it's SEGA can not sue us for this, SRB2 is a free game it could not do anything.

Actually they can. If someone is using something copywrited by them they can take it to court whether or not it's making money. It's just that big companies tend not to because it takes time and fangames usually aren't going to affect sales much.
