Sorry, I was using 4.04 or something like that. Now, I've finally created an EXE, but I have one more (hopefully the last) problem. Every time I run the file I get an error message, "File is corrupt or has been modified". How do I stop this?
Oh, and thank you all for patiently answering all my questions. You make a n00b feel welcome.
Don't mention it. Happy to help out. :)

The problem you describe occurs when MD5-checking on the game's datafiles fails at startup. If you've been using the 1.09.3.x betas, this is most likely the cause: srb2.srb (and knux.plr and tails.plr, more recently) are updated, but the source, which contains the MD5 signatures, isn't updated. You could either dig out old versions of srb2.srb et al, or, preferably, check out the updated source from Logan's and Alam's SVN tree, whose address, together with a few instructions, is stickied in General Discussion.

EDIT: Logan beat me to it. :)

Okay, I'll try that....

*flips switch*

IT'S ALIVE!!!

Thanks, it works now. Go figure, I just read that post earlier today. I didn't think that this was the problem it was solving. Thanks! :D
