Ok, now that school is starting again, there probably won't be as much updating, but I'll still try
 
I noctied that. I was trying to make a smooth animation in 8 frames. Oh well, that shouldn't be too much of a problem. The running animation only plays like once before it goes into running
 
The reason he seems like he stops for a second is because there's 2 sprites that looks the same. I'm guessing its the first one and the last one.
 
Thanks, but I already have a Sonic model I'm messing with. It's close enough to the DX model right now, and I am using it as a guide.

it's really not that hard. It just drawing 100times more than you normally would, but 50times smaller (unless you use the methos most spriters use to custom sprite)
