Sometimes, all the servers dosen't shows on the list but all of them do show when you type listserv. If you live like in Japan, you can forget about seeing much servers unless youre up at nightime.

Ok take a look at this. If there were 2 more of them over the other 2, it can possibly make one. It seems pretty hard to do but I wouldnt waste my time doing it.
