try launching with "-openvr -skipintro -win" launch options, i haven't tested it with alvr. it should work with any system that uses steamVR as it's base
- Updated to latest version of SRB2, netplay compatible.
- SRB2 VR now uses single pass stereo rendering which is much faster than before.
- Fixed black screen issue for many AMD video cards.
for the linux issue, i dont know how to compile it to search for the openvr lib in one of the official locations. what its asking you to do is the following:
if srb2kart is in "/home/games/srb2kart"
then it's looking for
"/home/games/libs/openvr/libopenvr_api.so"
for the windows shader issue...
I ported the VR code from the original which was based off of moe mansion and stuck it into the latest srb2kart 1.6 master. Feel free to use the openvr branch to add VR to your own custom builds.

you'll want to open that command window from your game folder then enter srb2win.exe -openvr -skipintro -win if you're on windows
Yes you put both the .exe and .dll in the game's directory. My apologies I must have left the Linux instructions in the Windows zip. Try "./srb2win.exe -openvr -skipintro -win" or "srb2win.exe -openvr -skipintro -win"
