This is an old sprite of a Sonic character I made up ages ago called Snaps the Shark-out-of-water. I've already given up on him, even though I only made one sprite of him. I was originally going to turn him into a character for SRB2, as well as another character called Sinji the Dragon, who I never made sprites of.
