XWE problems

It's hard to explain, I load all the Sprites but it becomes really weird, It becomes black and white and/or it uses all the default Sprites.
I wanted to make a character but I need this bug fixing, Tell me if there's a link for this or something.

Well, it happened me something similar with XWE. I downloaded the full XWE; then the lastest beta EXE. I replaced the exe, and it worked perfectly.
