What version of adobe flash is cheap but good?

Seriously I want to get adobe flash to make flash moives games ect. what version should I get thats not expensive but good.

I think flash 8 is still available at the website. Where I got mine. And don't listen to what anyone says about flash.

None, but as close to good you will find is 8 as the others have previously told you.
