What If Mario & Sonic Switched Worlds?

Sonic in Mushroomy Kindom, kind of.
Mario in Green Hill Zone, no.
Mushroomy Kingdom is actuallly similar to the actual stage, while Green Hill zone is just a section with the actual stage in the background. So it hasn't actually been done legally.

Sonic attempts to water swim in Mario 64 and dies.
Mario tries to bust walls but can't do it.

:V

Hmm. Well, sonic might do good, but he might die in super mario galaxy.
Mario, he would be pretty good because he would ground pound the metal
box, thingies.

Oooooooh, here's a thought. Mario trying to do the loops= bad. However, Sonic getting a Mushroom and getting big...gooooooood. And Megaman... he'd be off blasting Bowser, Eggman, AND Wily... while Mario and Sonic would still be wondering where they are. XC

The only stages in Mario that Sonic can't complete are the water ones. Although, if you treat Sonic with Mario's ability in the origonal Super Mario brothers to be able to breathe forever, then he might could win.

LOL, that's right, Mario did have some...uh...pretty hi-capacity lungs if you ask me.

If Mario and Sonic switched worlds, Green Mushroom Zone would be the same zone.

There's one level in 64 with a Sonic-style loop-de-loop. Probably just the level designers playing with the slope system.

But really, anyone who touches a loop in a Sonic level immediately gets propelled through it, it's just the way those things work.

(Well, assuming we're talking modern Sonic anyway. It's a bit different in older games.)

I don't think Mario would like seeing some checkered pattern with grass and giant flowers wherever he looks. -_-
