AHH someone with a micro, tell me is the screen bigger or smaller then an SP/Advances screen, what games does it play and what link cable does it support?

Is this thing a hunk of junk or is it better than a SP?

1280x1024. At least I think it's higher than that of the PS3. I know for a fact it's higher than that of the 360. My card can go to much higher resolutions but my LCD monitor only goes up to 1280x1024. I believe it has the same width as the resolution that HD uses.

My card can go to 2048 x 1536, but my onitor only supports up to 1280 x 1024.

And i'm still only using a CRT monitor.

Most modern video cards can go that high. It's just that I've yet to see a monitor that actually supports that resolution.

I've never seen one either, maybe i should save up and get a bigger monitor.

And that monitor is nearly 6 years old.

Anything over 800x600 is too small for me. God, you people must have 50 ft-wide eyeballs.

so you're saying that anything BIGGER than that is too SMALL. Meaning that we could go up to infinity, and the resolution would be too SMALL.

Okay, Mr. "I like my monitors with resolutions of infinity + 1"*, I guess you'll have to be waiting a good while...

As for the 360s overheating, only a select few. Ours works great, no problems whatsoever (other than a lack of games for the time being, but the Xbox Live Arcade is actually covering that rather nicely).

(* Yes, yes, I know that by "too small" you mean the text is too small, not the screen size. But hell, it was ambiguous, and I like being a smart alec.)

Didn't have ime to finish. All of above, plus;
Game.com (Hah hah, remember this thing?)
32X
NeoGeo Pocket Color
and Sega CD

Among other various things, such as over 25 Tiger handheld LCD things, The Sega Channel (God damn that thing was great) and a Virtual Boy without a power cord.

Was the sega channel that thing where you get game demos?

Describe it, cause I may have had it.

Yes, though most were actual full games. God, that thing was awesome.

When you start it up it shows Sonic jumping on a Genesis, right?

That would be it. And since it was discontinued in '99, when you try to connect, everything is blank. Fun thing, it was... You know, it's quite possible that it was the indirect predecessor to modern cable internet, come to think of it. Huh.

I'll buy one anyways for the Zelda/Mario/Kirby/everything else Nintendo makes title(s).

What can I say? I like Nintendo's first party stuff :P
