If I got anything out of that Wall-O-Text®, this sounds like an administration complaint. Let's get down to whatever details I picked up:

In a sense, the administration is technically allowed to do this. You agreed to this when you agreed to abide by the rules. Specifically, the rule about the admins allowed to do their job.
