This looks like Mystic Realm Zone.

Just open the map in SRB2 Doom Builder and see the final part
And what in the heck is the thing type 91?it´s unknown!

You need all emeralds.
In SRB2Doom Builder there is a sector called``Super Sonic Transform´´That only works if you have all emeralds
