SRB2 is not reconizing my shift and caps lock keys

Maybe you should specify that command. *remembers something* WAIT! Try typing "caps" in the console. (Without the "s) If it's not a command, then there probably isn't a command for those upper and lower case letters. (Unless there's upcase/locase commands)

No, that would be "ALLCAPS ON"
