(Now, notice that the picture is taken in Spring Hill. Must be Amy's dream, then :P)
I guess so.
This picture is a bug. It happens when you complete a level while objectplace is on, and then it happens in the next level:

lol, i get that bug too, you spawn players instead of crawlas i think

What does the picture's specs say? 1200x800 :P.

It's the closest available aspect-correct resolution to my widescreen TV, the native resolution of which being 1366x768.

It's real. :P

<Shuf[InEvilLab]> Sweet, I got the sprites to draw upside down :O
<Flame_the_hedgehog> o.o?
<Shuf[InEvilLab]> Though I'm not sure how I'm going to get it to only do it when you're in a negative gravity sector..
<Neo_Chaotikal> Wait.
<Neo_Chaotikal> You got ceiling friction done?
<Shuf[InEvilLab]> Of course.
<Shuf[InEvilLab]> It was what, two lines of code?
<Neo_Chaotikal> zomg
<Neo_Chaotikal> Good one
<Shuf[InEvilLab]> I told you, you can put friction anywhere.
<Shuf[InEvilLab]> Just not on the HUD or the menu, so shutup about htat >_> <_<
<Neo_Chaotikal> lolololol i made a funnies
<Neo_Chaotikal> Okay, now jump downwards.
<Shuf[InEvilLab]> I still want to figure out how to make it only turn models and sprites upside down when the gravity is negative.
<Neo_Chaotikal> There should be some 'thing' that checks for sector type or something.
<Neo_Chaotikal> Don't mind me, I'm no programmer.
<Neo_Chaotikal> But come to think of it
<Neo_Chaotikal> Custom gravity works with both a sector type and a linedef, right?
<Shuf[InEvilLab]> I think so.
