Since I'm on a chromebook, is there any way to play SRB2 or Kart, for that matter?
(No, I'm not gonna install something like Linux on here or get developer mode, I just want a way to play SRB2/K without having to wait a bunch)

yes they can run android apps or .apk

you need some sort of developer mode to install apks on chromebooks
