Strike State Exclusive Spamdash is something I thought I didn't need, but I guess I really do

Spamdashing with Alt Sonic wasn't very optimal imo. Spamdash really seems better used for tight turns and quick direction change, which is why it's SS exclusive. But yeah, basically what you said.

To-do list now (in no particular order):
- Add Insta-Shield.
- Make Strike State work without momentum enabled.
- Add cool effects. (think Neo Sonic)
- Remap Stomp.
- Make Stomp and Strike State destroy spikes.
- Customize Super (and make a custom super skincolor)
- Add the OP trainwreck that will be Hyper Sonic.
- General tweaks.

SMS, once this became what it is, was a source of inspiration, but I tried playing him, and well, the button combos caused me pain.

So, I've set out to make actually controlling this easy enough when starting.

Now that the MB lives once more, time for some updates:
- Black Emerald bugfixes.
- Shields now require a double-tap to be activated by RBSonic.
- A bit more.
- ... considering making RBTails for some reason.
