Ok, Gir is Zim's robot companion. Zim is trying to take over the Earth, so they put on disquises and go out to learn about the Earth's defence systems. Gir puts in his dog suit which you see on my avatar.

I made it freehand by just looking at the way Zim's head is shaped and doing the same on Gir's dog suit.
