There's really nothing TO discuss here. I'm locking this thread before people start flaming or start posting random memes or YouTube poop.
To clarify, the word pingas comes from an episode of AoStH, where Dr. Robotnik says "Snooping as usual, I see." People combine 'snooping' and 'as' and make 'pingas'. As with all memes, it's only funny if used in a certain way. Others start spamming it, and it becomes annoying.
And as for that video, it's just as Blue Warrior said. It's a bad YouTube poop. Nouns are replaced with the word pingas so it sounds funny. By your reaction, it didn't sound funny at all.
