Need help making an enemy SOC.

I read the wiki, but I must have did something wrong. And even if I did do it right, the wiki only says to insert it into a map using a map editor, which I don't know how to do.

So yeah, I could use some assistance.

Just what problem are you having? I'm afraid I am incapable of psionically entering your harddrive, and seeing the enemy for myself so I can tell you what's wrong with it.
