I've seen those sprites before, but I don't remember who made them.
The only good frame is the front standing frame...
EDIT: Ah, found where I saw the front sprite now.

It's not exactly the same, but very similar.
The other rotations are edits of Light Dashers old emerl

Wow, Chrispy is right. Even though those pictures are JPEG, I can clearly see that you edited those pictures without proper credit. If you want to make Emerl, then you are going to need to make it completely on your own, or with the permission of the user that made the sprite.
