If I remember correctly, something like this was in the intro of Sonic Jam where Sonic ran past Eggman and a giant weight, which Eggman planned to use on Sonic, spun around and landed on him.

Also, I'd love to hear SSNTails's Eggman is so fat jokes. I only know of the rap song he made.
