It looks nice, but as others said he looks too flat. Also, does meta knight even have arms?

Yes. Check SSB: Brawl and some Kirby episodes, like the Back at you (or whatever it was) season, Kirby's Duel Role. Metaknight DOES have arms.

I would have him fly (or have 5 jumps, according to Brawl), and then glide. Iiiiiif memory serves right, it's possible to have a limited amount of jumps (but still be between 2 and infinite) + be able to use the ability after X jumps.
And like a lot of people said, make him rounder.
