I'd like to request that this Ip isn't banned, as Grant The Great was merely using my computer to play, and didn't have a CLUE as to what he was doing. Several other players we telling him exactly what to do to create a hang out without him realizing the consequences. I suppose I can accept the ban and I don't see this doing much good, but I'd like to remain unbanned if possible...

Similar situation happened in a netgame I was in once. After a while, it got pretty amusing, because the guy started getting consistency failures every time he joined. :P

Really, though, the best thing to do is to just temporarily lower maxplayers until he stops trying to join. He's bound to lose interest after a couple minutes.
 
Seriously, how are these people ban evading? And they rejoin pretty quickly, so I don't think they're changing their IP or re-installing SRB2. (Besides, I don't think the rumor that re-installing unbans you is true, 'cause I'm pretty sure banned Ips are stored in the host's computer, not the client)
 
I tried to see if I could get back into a roleplaying server that I was trying to stop after I got banned, I just got in, I didn't do anything.
 
Strange, when I ban people fomr my server, they usually try to rejoin, even though "I'm a n00b host" and "don't know how to use the console," and then it says "Refusing Node X (Banned from the server)." So, maybe some people don't have to do anything, while others don't?
 
Wow... The rules are there for a reason.
People want to have fun, but they don't want
to follow the rules specifically laid down so they have more fun!

It's so stupid and pointless...

I hosted, AND NO ONE CAME! :(
 
Hey one question why can't I go on the master server?

and yes I set my firewall up so it was allowed.

Oh and I have been trying for about 3 weeks now to get on so if you know why I can't go on the master server Plz tell me right away!
