Honestly, I feel I have to put my two cents worth in here.

Why is it alright for you to mass message him with a ton of stupid insults? He reports you and then you quote the rules against what he had every right to do? Explain, please.
 
He had every right, it's just that if he had any argument with me, he should do it to me personally instead of mass producing the situation.

Is it possible to hack to get out of a ban? And what is the difference between a connection timeout and a consistency failure? Because someone that was supposedly banned came to my private server where i was testing a beta wad of mine.

You have to be at the server and then remember the name of it, and besides that,
if he wasnt the host, he cant be reported. It is the hosts job to make sure people follow the rules.
No offense intended, but read the first page next time.

Just the other day I hosted a Co-op. I pause the game to kill the lag, then this person comes to my server saying
I'm going to report you for hangout!!111 I start screaming my head off because of the stupid comment (plus the !!111)

But he didn't report me though. Then I join a server then get banned!! Meh. maybe its just bad luck for me.

Same thing happened to me. To stop him, I had to type nodes, then go to my log, look at his node, and ban him through that. One of his names had something to do with a bat.
