Well, let's see. It's clearly stated that hosting an advertisement, hangout, role playing, clan, chat, or hacked server is against the rules.
You hosted a hangout, and someone reported you. Therefore, you've been banned. If someone took the name of your server, the person impersonating you would be banned, not you, because the master server doesn't ban by internet alias; it bans by IP (and every computer's (or network's) IP is different, no matter what the name).
Also, asking if you're banned is a stupid question, considering you are posting in the ban list topic. Now, don't get snippy and say there isn't any proof, or Logan_GBA has no right, because there are TWO logs against you, which are recorded down to the last message.
Although it wasn't a PM, it's the same idea. You may have increased your ban time as well. Anyway, check and see if you can connect to:

sigh, last night there was an annoying server called "lol just roleplay"
It was tag and no one was even playing it. They were just messing around and talking. I'll try to start a server tonight and if I see it then i'll get the I.P.
Edit: Yet another stupid server. It's called "Cueball's dedicated server. I see it almost every night and when i try to join my game just crashes. His player limit is on 32. Could that be why? His ping is in the 200 range usually.

Looks like I'm a victim of absent bystander ban, again. I mean serously, every time I don't play SRB2 for a long time someone crazy goes and gets range 75.32.0.1 - 75.63.255.254 banned. Which leaves me (Ip: 75.45.161.212) unable to see the list of hosted games or plain access the server. I can't host games myself even with a link to a howto of port forwarding due to I'm not the one incontroll of the network of my house. Meaning that joing games is all I got. But that's a different issue for another topic.
Basicly what I'm asking for the 3rd time by my count, is could I be reun-banned? Below is the server responsible for my 3rd absent bystander ban.
