Linedef Textures Are A Little Strange Here

Far away lindef textures pop out while others near them are fine. It works when I'm close, but happens again when I move away from them, and they overlaps some enemies. How can I fix it?
 
Your map is way too open. Doom's/SRB2's rendering engine can only handle maps up to a certain size reliably. The big circle in the map alone is just about at the limit of how big a room can be. Make the big room smaller, or add full-height visible obstructions strategically around the room to block the player's line of sight, until the graphical issues go away.
 
I think your sector is too enourmous, that way the linedefs cant be properly displayed maybe. That way you may run into glitches.

Thanks. That level was just one that I used to learn some of the linedef types. I'll keep that in mind with the other levels I make.
