Just use SRB2 Net or CONSOL>ADDFILE to add only one of the three melee weopon wads. This will replace regular throwing rings with a melee weopon (Sword, Red Saber, Blue Saber).

That's because it has been atleast 7-8 months since they were hosted so the time limit has expired for their download time. He needs to re-upload them for them to be downloadable again.
