What? None of the listed bugs include the middle textures being missing in some cases or whatever? Because seeing an interesting looking room you've never explored in Castle Eggman Zone 2 only to find out it's blocked off by an invisible wall that's supposed to be metal bars makes me a sad echidna. :(

Oh, this is because SSNTails added support for main texture tiling in software, so it's something OpenGL is simply lacking altogether, like fog blocks.
 
Hey, as DOOD64 rightfully said, the devs probably don't give a damn about that xzy thing, nor are they going to want to delay future versions making additional sprites. But just remember this:
1.You have MSpaint
2.You have an executable holding the prescious source code
3.You have free access to microsoft VC10....or 9 if you dont like wating for compiling.

And yes, not everybody knows C++, but it looks like it's the way to go unless some dev has some free time,
