jeck jims models not working

I have this problem with jeck jim's models. the built in 3d models work fine but whenever I try adventure sonic on srb2 with jeck jim's the 3d model don't come up. maybe im installing it wrong?

wait i just followed the settings that jeck jims provided and the vanilla assets work but not the modded characters
