I have a folder with all the stuff for srb2. I copied and pasted it to a different place. will it screw up both srb2's if i mess with it?

EDIT: TOO LATE, I'M TRYING!
 
No, it won't. If there are two different folders, the game will not refrence the other folder. Only the folder that the EXE and wads are in
