I've edited this picture with I-draw to show something. The coulors are a little bit messed up because the prog only works with max 256 coulors, but I think you can recognize what I wanted to show:

Look at the hair and the upper parts of the shoes.
I don't know how this progress is called but I think you should work on the coulor-transitions...

light dasher, im not going to be mean but im gonna be completly honest with you, that mighty looks nice but te head is like wierd and should be a little curved and his ears are missing but like you said, its not finished.

Well I personnally prefer rpgmaker's-idraw, because it is freeware and you can work very good with it. It was supposed to be used for the rpgmaker2k, but the unitgrid funktion and the super high zoom are very usefull for other things, too.
The only negative points are that it can only use 256 coulors and that there is no way to make transparent bg-coulor with it like in photoshop, because in the original rpgmaker specific coulorcodes were automatically transparent. :-/

But it might help you... so here is the LINK

thanks but no thanks, i'm not alound to download stuff without asking, and my dad say's no to that, anyway, here's the next update

Just download it. Honestly, that's a stupid rule that I've ignored for years. Seriously, If I asked for everything, I wouldn't have SRB2 right now. -_-

im doing fine without right now, and if i really need it, i'll get it

It shouldn't have to be like SSNtails' style of art, just make sure a character fits in size, and isn't too pixely.

SSNtails just made characters that fit perfect in size and lenght for SRB2, Although I hate the way he uses outlines.

no, what i did, is i got rid off evrey single colour on THE SONIC SPRITE, and just edited it myself
EDIT:

here's what it was before i sprited i coulerd and edited him
