i wonder if myhouse.wad can be recreated in srb2

With Lua and the recent implementation of UDMF it should be possible... Though if this is srb2 related why did you post this here?
 
Yeah, it is because they just loaded it, not edited for srb2. although with some custom texture support or good texture usage, and put srb2 supported enemies you can make myhouse.wad able to run on SRB2 (also it needs to be scaled enough)
 
No. myhouse.wad relies on many features provided solely by the GZDOOM engine. It's not just a matter of "DOOM engine", because that would imply myhouse.wad could run on an MS-DOS copy/vanilla-accurate source port of DOOM II, which it doesn't. GZDOOM is necessary to play myhouse.wad, whereas SRB2 runs under a heavily modified version of the DOOM Legacy engine, which is very different despite being based on the same game.

Besides, that'd be pointless.
