I need help with WADs

Well, I'm new here. And I have a problem:

When I add the WADs and click "run", they work fine. But when I close Sonic Robo Blast 2 Launcher and play the game, they are not there!

Is it supposed to happen?

There are another methods for adding wads :

1. Try adding them manuatly. Start SRB2 then at the title screen open the console by pressing the thing left to the number '1' on your keyboard. When its done, type ADDFILE (You insert wads name here.wad). You have added a wad.
