I dont understand something in the rules

What do you mean by avoiding Ban? Does that mean like if I follow the rules to avoid ban do I get banned for doing the rule or what? You guys confused me on that and now I have a headache. Oh ya and I did search for the HMS thingy. I looked at all the pages and never saw it.

What they're referring to is "ban evasion". If you're banned from the forums, and make another account to walk around the ban, then you're evading the ban. This results in... yet another ban.

That's not the same as avoiding a ban. Avoiding a ban would pretty much just be following the rules. Avoiding being banned is obviously recommended.
