I CAN'T HOST OR JOIN! WTF?

Every time I try it says it can't connect to the master server, and there's a timeout on the master server. When I try to join games I can't see any games online.

It's been two months and I still don't know what is wrong! Can someone tell me how to fix this problem? I'm DESPERATE!

Ive gotten the same problems except it was probably bad connection for me because yesterday it was working but then it went back to not working.
