HUD off

How do you turn the HUD off because
i'm doing something simmilar to Grifball with CTF and also can someone help me with the level see i want in the level a place were people can watch a game and a way to the watching area were you can see everything. I treid to make one for myself but I don't know how and guides online don't help so please help!

Type "VIEWSIZE 12" into the console and it will remove the HUD. "VIEWSIZE 11" will bring the HUD back, and typing smaller numbers than 11 will remove the HUD and shrink the view of the game on-screen.
