how to get NTOPP to work with spice runners?

ive seen videos of people getting spice runners and NTOPP to work solo, but i cant activate pizza time, and i dont wanna play on a multiplayer server.
does anyone know how to get this to work?

dude. they BOTH are wip mods, you shouldn't be asking for help about wip mods in here.
