How Do Level Headers Work?

This is probably the most stupid question on the forums, but I really need some assistance here. I open Zone Builder, press F10, and all I get is a little box to write text (That's a joke). I've been following Seventh Sentinels Zone Builder Tutorial, and he opened the script editor to the MainCfg file. When I open, nothing. Due to this I can't change music, backgrounds, add 2D sections, or, worst of all, change the name of the level. Help?
