...Well, in some cases? I'm actually willing to get permission from the author to make my SRB2P support mod here, but they just didn't care about it, or at least I assume.

Maybe the numbers are to emphasize on how "so bad, its good" the mod is. And GameBanana does have a good Mario and Luigi mod.
