Well I tried today to see if I can host a SRB2 Netgame but I am not sure that I can host.

If you look at the picture Where my name is, it says my port is 53193.

I opened port 5029 in my firewall and it still says that, anybody know if I am still able to host a Netgame? Or What I should do to be able to Host one?

And I do have a Static Ip address.

Edit: Uh I am confused now, it says my Port is 53533 now.... :?

Anyway, it's ok when that happens if it's a personal netgame, because the joiners can use the launcher, and just use the parameter "-udpport (obscure port number)". If you already have a static IP, then... I'm not sure.

The strange port numbers are due to NAT. Your router adjusts port numbers so that the entire LAN can connect to the Internet with a single address, and the router knows which packets should go to which local machines. It doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem.

However, windows asks me for this, and i put:

Port Name: srb2
Port Number: 5029

On Master Server it comes up as:

Players: ? / ? Gametype: Unknown Extra Files: ? Ping:
unreachable.png

I seen many people post it and it simple why you can't host, you need to open port 5029 on UDP from your router.
