Help with Metroid Prime 1

Ok. So this got kinda hard. I need help. I got the Wave Beam from the Sheelok and I don't know where to go next. All of the Wave BEam things are in the underground caverns, though it deals with going through a pool of lava... :?

You probably shouldn't enter that area until you get the Varia Suit. Otherwise you take damage until you die. I don't remember exactly how the game goes, I haven't played it in a while.

Now you go back to the Talon overworld and through the Chozo ruins, you'll eventually battle a giant plant named Flaggra. Beat it.

I already have:

1.) Charge Beam
2.) Morph Ball
3.) Morph Ball Bombs
4.) Morph Ball Boost
5.) Wave Beam
6.) The V-Suit (forgot the V word)

So I already beat the plant. It took me a while to though because he kept knocking the mirrors down . I hated that.

You got the Varia suit yes? Okay..you goto Magmoor Caverns, then from there you head to Phendrana Drifts.

The Spider Ball is really cool. One of my favorite power-ups. I love how it clings to the rail.

i like the boost ball because it is useful in CQC so charge it up and let it rip
