A couple very bothersome things I find about TGF (Compared to MMF):
Object limit. You can't put too many enemies or rings in a level or else the rest won't appear.
Lack of good extensions. MMF's Background System Box object can be used to make efficient scrolling parallax in games. TGF users are out of luck there. We also get tons of other cool extensions like Advanced Game Board, Move Safely 2, Lens, etc. There are 310 extensions that can be used in MMF. With TGF, you can only access 90.
I agree that TGF does some things better than MMF (color palettes and object placement), but MMF is much more powerful, and it runs on the same principle, so... I've said this once but I'll say it again... why hasn't everyone switched to MMF yet?! Afraid to use a slightly different interface?
