Edit Manicfg lump error

I keep getting a runtime error 309 whenever I click "Edit MainCFG lump". I have tried to reinstall the editor, but it keeps happening. Can anyone help me?

Create a MAINCFG lump with a lump editor (XWE, SLumpEd, etc.) and import it into your WAD file.

Look in your SRB2 Doom Builder folder. Do you have a file called "cmcs21.ocx"? The absence of this file could cause the error. If you don't have it, do a Google search for it; it shouldn't be too hard to find.
